The SolarEdge Smart EV Charger integrates seamlessly with the SolarEdge Home ecosystem enabling homeowners to control and optimise all household energy from the mySolarEdge app.
This is the untethered three phase unit, a single phase unit is also available. The EV chargers are compatible with SolarEdge SetApp-enabled residential inverters up to 15kW excluding the Single Phase Inverter with Compact Technology.

Installation Requirements

  • Must install an Earth Electrode
  • Residential systems only
  • Maximum of three per site (More than one smart EV chargers together will be available in a future firmware release)
  • Must be installed with a system that contains an inverter and meter
  • Installed vertically on an appropriate wall surface
  • There are three options for communication with the cloud and inverter via the local network router:
    • 1. Ethernet
    • 2. LSA+
    • 3. Wi-Fi
